Replacement of the front deck
Our front deck needs to be replaced. When it is replaced, we would like to include a ramp and a double-railing staircase in the design.
Garage Renovation
The garage is the site of our future weekend mutual aid care clinic and a renovation would get us 95% closer to making it a reality.
First Floor Acessability Construction
The first-floor entryways and kitchen need to be made wheelchair accessible.
Bathroom Renovations
1st floor - remove bathtub and redesign for wheelchair accessibility
2nd floor - redesign; remove shower insert and replace with a soaking tub
Foundation Repair
Neighbors have needed foundation stabilization; we are almost certain we do, too.
HVAC System
An efficient heating and cooling system will make the earth happier, and the temperature control will add to the comfort of the guests
Asphodel is a flower often intertwined with death, dying, and grief. It is said to be a soft tender of the dying, a guide, and a companion.
